To return or exchange items ordered online, please email us for the return address to verify compliance for return then complete the following:

• If no Dispatch Note is included with your parcel, please mention this is in your email. A reference will then be provided for you.  
• Enclose your original order number alongside your name and address and your reason for returning the item within the return package.
• If the dispatch note is included, please return this with your item after emailing us first. 
• Please ensure you indicate whether your preferred option is to receive a Refund or to request a Replacement.
• Repack the item (in its original packaging, if applicable) along with the Dispatch Note and send to the UK address provided.

 

Orders will be despatched as soon as possible and usually take 5-7 business days to be delivered.
