  • Can I return a product?
    All products can be returned in their original, as new, condition. Postage must be paid by the customer. In the case of needing to return an item, please email us first so we can assist you with this and provide you with a reference number.
  • I want to order more books but I can't add these to the cart?
    If you are needing to order more than a couple of books, please email us and we can organise this. We will also offer you the best discounted rate we can apply.
  • Can I return a damaged product?
    If a product is damaged, this may be returned for a replacement or refund. In the case of needing to return an item, please email us first so we can assist you with this and provide you with a reference number.
  • Can I organise for Stephanie to do an author school visit?
    Totally! Please email in and we will see what we can do.
  • Will Stephanie sign my book before posting out?
    Absolutely, this is not a problem.
